Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2021 and to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the wrong doers.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2021 and to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the wrong doers.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 28.06.2021, thereby stating that he has not violated any traffic rules and therefore, the fine levied was illegal and the same is pending and no action has been taken so far.

3.On perusal of records, it revealed that the second respondent has imposed fine of Rs.200/- against the petitioner for violation of traffic rules. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner had sent representation before the first respondent to take action against the second respondent. Therefore, it is nothing but to wreak vengeance against the second respondent, the petitioner made a representation. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
