This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner's and her Innam house plot on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.452 of 2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
