Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The second respondent is a Society registered under the provisions of Tamil Nadu Society Registration Act, 1975. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner along with some eight others, who are eligible to be the members of the second respondent Association, want to become members.
3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent Association states that the membership form has to be obtained on payment of Rs.800/-. The petitioner along with eight others will go to the Office of the second respondent tomorrow i.e., 30.09.2020 at 10.30 a.m. The learned Standing Counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.11703 of 2020 states that membership form will be issued to the petitioner and others, after receiving necessary fee from them. The petitioner states that all the applications will be filled up then and there and handed over to the Manager of the second respondent Association.
4.The learned Standing Counsel states that all the applications will be placed before the Head Committee, within a period of one week. The Head Committee will verify if the applicants do fulfill the eligibility requirements. Upon being satisfied, the Committee will admit the petitioner and eight others as members of the second respondent Association. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent Association, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
