ORDER
The petitioner has challenged the transfer order passed by the respondents herein transferring the petitioner to BSP Bilai, vide order in E-38014/CISF/IPRC(M)/IST-18/2018-2006, dated 20.04.2019.
2. Pending the writ petition, the respondents herein have passed orders on the petitioner's representation seeking to cancel/defer the transfer and the respondents herein vide order, dated 31.05.2019, had considered the petitioner's representation and thereby deferred the impugned transfer upto March, 2020.
3. In view of the positive steps taken on the petitioner's representation, the petitioner may not be aggrieved any further. Accordingly, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Hence this writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
