Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the 1st respondent in his proceedings Tha.Pa.No.387/2019 dated 26.04.2019 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the 1st respondent not to initiate any further proceedings since the same is barred by limitation (after a lapse of 4 1/4
years) is in contravention of provision of Sub-Section(1) of Section 47(A) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and the Tamil Nadu Stamp Act, 2013.
