PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent's impugned communication letter dated 02.07.2021 and quash the same and consequently to direct the third respondent to provide the house site allotted for the petitioner's husband in Serial Number.138 Member No.154 by considering her representation dated 10.04.2021 and 05.05.2021, within the period stipulated by this Court.

to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
