This petition has been filed to extend the time granted for filing final report.
2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecute submits that so far 79 witness have been examined and in spite of that, the accused could not be identified since the occurrence is said to have been taken place in several States and the offence is said to have been taken place through Mobile phone. He therefore seeks 6 months time to file a final report.
3. Considering the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, 6 months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for filing a final report.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
