ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking the relief to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.12 of 2020, on the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Andipatti, Theni District and quash the same as illegal. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in respect of Crime No.12 of 2020, the first respondent herein has completed the investigation and submitted a final report for approval. However, he has produced a copy of the final report before this Court. 3.Therefore, it is made clear that since in respect of FIR registered in Crime No.12 of 2020, investigation has been completed, the question of quashing the First Information Report does not arise.

However, the first respondent is directed to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10174 of 2020 disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
