Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the respondent impugned order vide No.Pa.Moo.No.15109/14D1 and quash the same and directing the respondent to pass an order on merits as per the provision of Hindu Law of Inheritance to issue fresh Legal Heir Certificate in the name of the petitioner, since the petitioner is the sole class I legal heir.
