Appeal against the Decree of the IV Additional District Judge, Madurai, dated 06.07.2015 in Appeal Suit No.4/2013, preferred against the Decree of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Madurai in Original Suit No.110/2009 dated 15.11.2012. DECREE:

This Second Appeal coming on for hearing under the provisions of Rule II of Order XLI of Schedule I of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal and the Judgments and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.S.R.Venkatramana, Advocate for the Appellant, and of Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4, and of Mr.R.Murali, Advocate for the Respondents 5 &6, and of Mr.R.Devaraj Advocate for the respondents7,8,10 and 11 and the respondent No.9, not appearing either in person or by an advocate this court while dismissing the Second Appeal and confirming the Judgment and Decree of the lower appellate Court doth order and decree as follows:- i)That the Judgment and decree passed by the IV Additional District Judge, in A.S.No.4/2013 dated 06.07.2015 be and hereby are confirmed .

ii)That there be no costs in this Second Appeal. Herein entire the Schedule Of Property.
