upon the representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct the Kumbabisekam festival at Arulmigu Mamundi Ayanar Temple, Kancharampettai Village, Madurai North District based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.2023.

2. Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instruction, would submit that the Department is ready to conduct the Kumbabisekam festival.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the Kumbabisekam festival

on a date to be fixed for the same. The fixing of date shall be done within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
