ORDER

These Writ Petitions are filed for a direction not to terminate the services of the petitioners for want of Teachers Eligibility Test. 2.It is seen that the issue is in respect of the recruitment of Teachers Eligibility Test during the interregnum period, ie., from 23.08.2010 to 29.07.2011. However, in these cases, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as of today, the petitioners do not have any grievance as per one of the views taken in the Writ Appeal Nos.313 of 2022 and batch and therefore, he wants to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if at all, they are visited with any adverse consequences.

3.In that view of the prayer and endorsement made, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
