O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken against the third respondent herein and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is civil dispute between the parties. So, the parties were advised to work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings. Based on the above said development, it was closed on 28.06.2021.

4. There was no representation for the petitioner on 05.08.2021 also. More over, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Also, it came to light that there is no complaint by the third respondent against this petitioner. Only based on the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry has been undertaken and closed by the second respondent.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.9449 of 2021 5.In view of the above, I find no merit in this petition and it deserves to be dismissed and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
