This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2015 and direct the respondent to give permission for the peaceful functioning of the Recreation Club in the name and style of Blues Royal Sports, Health and Recreation Club'at No.43, V.S. Complex, Madakulam Main Road, Palanganatham, Madurai coming under the limits of the second respondent.
2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 4.Seeking permission to run the club, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 7.5.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation dated 7.5.2015 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed positively if no complaint is received against the petitioner. 5.Considering the same, a direction is issued to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
