This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 22.05.2018 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 120-B and to take action against the accused persons in accordance with law. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired by the respondents. Since no offence has been made out, the said complaint was closed. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the concerned Court.
