ORDER

The petitioner moved the second respondent seeking permission for conducting the musical programme on 30.07.2018 and 02.08.2018 at night 09.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m. in connection with "Aadi Festival" in Arulmigu Sri Muthumariamman Thirukovil. In this regard, he has given a representation to the second respondent as early as on 14.07.2018.

2.This Court directs the second respondent to grant permission for holding such an event. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions, taking into account the local situation.

instructions from the petitioner undertakes to abide by any condition that may be imposed by the second respondent. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
