ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2022 within time frame. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has impersonated himself while executing the document. Hence, he has preferred the present writ petition.

3.This Court is restricting the enquiry. If there is any impersonation, that alone can be enquired by the respondents. If there is impersonation, the respondents are permitted to take action as per law. If there is no impersonation, the petitioner is at liberty to take action as per law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
