ORDER

The petitioner moved the second respondent seeking permission for conducting the musical programme on 31.07.2018, at night 07.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. in connection with Aadi Festival of Arulmighu Sri Rakkachiamman Kovil. In this regard, he has given a representation to the second respondent as early as on 25.07.2018. 2.This Court directs the second respondent to grant permission for holding such an event. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions, taking into account the local situation.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner undertakes to abide by any condition that may be imposed by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
