O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the lands of the petitioner in Survey Nos.280/3, 280/6A, 280/6B1 at Kalabam Village, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District. The petitioner had given an application on 14.10.2022.

2. It had been stated in the affidavit that on 04.04.2023 the respondents had come actually to survey the lands, but due to lack of map and equipment they could not survey. The writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus.

3. A direction is given to the respondents to conduct the survey of the aforementioned lands within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
