seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 03.03.2026 at 12.00 p.m., due to previous enmity, the accused along with other accused intercepted the defacto complainant and his friend, abused them and attacked them and thereby caused severe injuries to them. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he was falsely implicated in this case and he is no way connected in the above said incident. He has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. There is no nexus between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Hence, he prays to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) fairly submits that the offences are grave in nature. The petitioner caused severe injuries to the defacto complainant and his friend. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner has no previous case and the injured in this case has been discharged from the hospital.
