[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of her daughter and her children and to set them at liberty. 2.Today the detenue Nargis Banu is present before this Court along with her children. She is aged about 27 years. She has stated that she is not under the illegal custody of the third respondent. Her statement is recorded.
