Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Miss.Veeralakshmi, D/o.Vairamuthu, aged about 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty from the illegal custody.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) The petitioner, father of the detenue, has sought production of his daughter, by name Veeralakshmi, aged about 21 years.

3.The second respondent has produced the detenue before this Court. The petitioner is also present. The petitioner informed that the detenue having left her parental home on her own accord with one Ameer to Chennai. But on being contacted by the third respondent, who had done so using the services of the friend of Ameer, they have appeared before the third respondent. 4.Today, the detenue informs that she and the said Ameer would be getting married and they would, thereafter, take up rental accommodation closed to the petitioner's house. The petitioner is informed of such position. The detenue informs that she will, for the present, accompany the petitioner to the parental home, ofcourse, the same was agreed by the petitioner. 5.Recording the above said position, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
