PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.367 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who was arrested on 31.07.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c)r/w. 20(b)(ii)(C),25,29 (1)of NDPS Act in Crime No.367 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 2049 of 2021 and 8182 of 2021 were dismissed on 30.04.2021 and 23.06.2021 after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner.

3. Since dismissal of the earlier petition there is no change in circumstances in the case to consider the present petition. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
