ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.4853 of 2025, dated 17.03.2025.

2. Mr.KA.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that though the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly, in view of the offence involved in this case is grave in nature, he prays for a modification of the condition imposed by this Court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and condition No.7(ix) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.4853 of 2025, dated 17.03.2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai, weekly twice (i.e., on Monday and Friday) at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
