When the matter was listed for hearing on 08.02.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 17.02.2017. On 17.02.2017 also, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 20.02.2017. On 20.02.2017 also, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant.
