Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. KUBENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time of the petitioner's appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, for executing bond with sureties as per the order passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.8043 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.8043 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2022 in C Crl.OP(MD)No.8043 of 2022 is extended further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6602 of 2022 for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
