ORDER

The decree holder in O.S.No.145 of 2016, on the file of the Sub Court, Valliyoor, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of E.P.No.18 of 2024.

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the suit was filed for the relief of specific performance of 44 cents. The matter was referred to Lok Adalat. In Lok Adalat, the plaintiff and the defendants had agreed that the defendants would execute a sale deed to an extent of 5 cents. Since, the defendants had evaded the execution of the sale deed, the plaintiff has filed E.P.No.18 of 2024. The decree holder has also filed a draft sale deed and it has been returned for effecting amendment with regard to the boundaries. At this stage, the present revision petition has been filed. 3.It is also brought to the notice of the Court that the defendants have also remained ex-parte in the execution proceedings. 4.Considering the above said facts, the executing Court is directed to dispose of E.P.No.18 of 2024, on or before 31.08.2025. 5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
