ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents take effective steps and to prevent the illegal slaughtering of calves and cows in Sivakasi, Viirudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The 2nd respondent in his proceedings dated 19.06.2015, stated that the Commissioner, Sivakasi Municipality, has passed an order stating that he has personally visited the property in question and when the Municipality has not given any permission for running the beef stall, but they have given only for slaughter house for keeping the cows.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
