This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.217 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the prosecution, the complaint has been enquired and the same was closed and to that effect, the closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur. 3.In the light of the above, this criminal original petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the concerned Court in the manner known to law.
