(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to show cause under what authority the 6th and 7th respondents herein continues to hold the office of the Social Worker Members of the Juvenile Justice Board of Ramanathapuram District.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since new members are appointed as per the new Act, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (S.M.S., J.)
