ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.10.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property based on the Civil Court Decree passed in O.S.No.152 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kulithalai, dated 29.08.2019.

2. Heard Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also after considering the Judgment and Decree passed in favour of the petitioner in O.S.No.152 of 2010, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act on the representation made by the petitioner on 15.10.2020 based on the Civil Court Decree passed in favour of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. W.P.(MD).No.11884 of 2021 representation, shall also give an opportunity to the second respondent before passing the final orders.

The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all the relevant records and also a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
