O R D E R

The petitioner, who claims himself to be a social activist and whistle blower, is before this Court, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to provide him necessary protection, since he apprehends threat in the hands of the encroachers.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State would submit the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired and 1/3

necessary surveillance is provided for the past three years and there is no adverse incidents leading to threat of life and limb of the petitioner. Further, the petitioner himself has appeared before the respondent police and has informed that presently there is no threat to his life.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
