2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) was requested to verify the position on the ground that has been made by the representation. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, even the concerned Police did not appear before this Court and the petition is filed seeking a direction not to harass the petitioner, under the guise of enquiry.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that against the son of the petitioner Crime No.82 of 2021 was registered under Section 302 I.P.C and now, Section 110 Cr.P.C. proceedings are going to be initiated against the son of the petitioner. But, except that, the petitioner was not harassed.
4. The allegation has been made only against the son of the petitioner. But, the petitioner was summoned unnecessarily. If required, the second respondent shall issue fresh summon to the petitioner and make interrogation. Except that, no purpose will be going to serve by summoning the petitioner.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
