This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.4067 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.361 of 2024, dated 26.03.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Sankaran Kovil and report before Sankaran Kovil Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until 1/3

further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 03.04.2025 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.4067 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.361 of 2024, dated 26.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, namely, Mahila Court (Fast Track Court), Dindigul, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. Considering the nature of offence, this petitioner is directed to file an affidavit of undertaking before the trial Court that he will not disturb the victim girl at any point of time.
