ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents transferring surplus staff working under the petitioner's Management and consequently, directing the respondents to consider the representations, dated 28.02.2019 and 30.03.2019 respectively, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Though this petition has been filed to give a positive direction to the respondents, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.02.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered, on merits within a specified time that may be fixed by this Court.

4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer made by the petitioner and considering the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.02.2019 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if necessary.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
