ORDER

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to measure and identify the boundaries of her property, 1/3

bearing Patta No.1236, comprised in S.No.237/2B, measuring an extent of 1.01.0 hectare and the property in S.No.237/3B, measuring an extent of 0.03.0 hectare, both are situated at Sengal Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel on either side that in respect of the subject property, the second respondent has already filed S.A.(MD)Nos.21 and 22 of 2020 before this Court against the judgment and decree, dated 23.04.2019, made in A.S.Nos.1 and 8 of 2006, on the file of the Sub-Court, Kulithalai, and the same are pending.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned, subject to the outcome of the abovesaid second appeals. No costs. Index : Yes/No 28.10.2022 smn2 To The Tahsildar, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District.
