A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 47 numbers of 180ml brandy bottles. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police opposes for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner has eight previous cases to his credit.

5.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
