[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to close TASMAC shop bearing No.8543, situated at Koduvilarpatty - Vayalpatty Road, near Government Veterinary Hospital Pharmacy, in Koduvilarpatty Village, Theni District, by considering the representations dated 03.01.2019, 05.06.2017 and 27.09.2018, given by the petitioner, Sangamam Women Foundation and Village Committee respectively.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
