ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned counsel for the sixth respondent.

2.The subject matter pertains to conduct of Kumbabishekam for the petition mentioned temple on tomorrow ie., 10.06.2022. The sixth respondent through his counsel filed a detailed counter affidavit. The sixth respondent has quite a few contentions to urge before this Court. I called upon the sixth respondent to gracefully cooperate for the conduct of the function on 10.06.2022, since Balalayam and other activities with regard to Kumbabishekam had already been over. Respecting the sentiments of the Court, the sixth respondent stated that he would take part in the function. 3.Appreciating the gesture shown by the sixth respondent, I direct the writ petitioner and the other organizers of the function to confer first honour on the sixth respondent.

The petitioner's counsel also submitted that they would abide by the direction of this Court and treat the sixth respondent with all due respect. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. I make it clear that this direction is confined only to the conduct of the function on 10.06.2022 and the other contentions of the sixth respondent are left open. The sixth respondent stated that he should continue to be a member of the committee. He has also got grievance regarding accounts.

All these aspects can be independently gone into and adjudicated before the jurisdictional forum. The fifth respondent is directed to make appropriate bandobast arrangements for ensuring smooth conduct of the function on 10.06.2022 and also compliance of the direction now given. No costs.
