This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of suspension passed by the second respondent dated 08.04.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments happened during the pendency of the writ petition,nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition can be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, in our considered opinion that no further adjudication is required in this case. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
