Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has attained superannuation and retired from service on 31.08.2009. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. The said submission is recorded.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondents are directed to disburse all the terminal benefits to the petitioner, if not disbursed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
