3.This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from opening /locating TASMAC Shop at Sunnambu Kalvai Road, North Gate, Thanjavur, based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2018.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader and learned counsel for the second respondent seek time towards consideration of the representation.

5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Additional Government Pleader and learned counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 01.06.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
