ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein not to disturb the construction of petitioner's building and not to interfere with a civil dispute without due process of law in between petitioner and one Kanthan and Chjandragupta which is pending before the Principal District Munsif, Madurai in O.S.No.46 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are interfering with the construction of the petitioner and also interfering with the civil dispute.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondents herein are not interfering with the civil dispute, as alleged by the petitioner.

5. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
