The petitioner, who was working as a Secondary Grade Teacher in Adi Dravidar Elementary School, Thiruvasi, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy has filed this writ petition challenging the transfer counseling, scheduled on 28.05.2019. 2.Today( 05.12.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous as the petitioner has already been transferred. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
