ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. All that the petitioners want is production of their original OMR sheet along with marks. According to the respondent, the petitioners did not secure the cutoff mark. Therefore, they have not been included in the selection list and they have not been called for certificate verification. However, it is not open to the respondent to furnish the original OMR sheet prior to the completion of the entire selection process.

3. The learned standing counsel states that at present, the process for uploading the certificates is taking place. The respondent is directed to furnish the petitioners with the evaluated OMR sheet. This shall be done immediately after the selection process is over.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 26.04.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/3
