ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the family Court to number the unnumbered I.A.No. of 2024 in I.D.O.P.No.208/2024 on the file of family court at Thanjavur.
2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. Their marriage was solemnized on 19.10.2022 as per Christian Rites and rituals. Prior to the marriage, the petitioner and the respondent were in Netherlands. Since both were at Netherlands, they decided to marry and it is a love and arranged marriage and subsequently there arose a dispute between them and the respondent refused to live with the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights through her father. However, an order of "dismissed for default" came to be passed on 19.12.2024 and in order to set aside the said order, the petitioner has filed a restoration petition and the same was returned 2/4
without numbering. Challenging the said return, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. I have considered the submissions and perused the materials available on record.

Without adverting into the merits of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to represent the unnumbered petition and if it is otherwise in order, the trial Court shall number the same and dispose the IDOP within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. 29.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Note: Registry shall return the original unnumbered petition said to have been filed by the petitioner along with this petition after retaining a photocopy of the same.
