ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 08/05/2024 and upon peusuing the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate,Palani vide his Letter in

D.No.1316 dated:17.07.2025, forwarded by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul, vide his Letter in D.No.1177/2025 dated:21.07.2025, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 08.05.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in D.V.C.No.9 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1316, dated 17.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further one month time to comply with the order dated 08.05.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, one month time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 08.05.2024.
