This Review Application has been filed, seeking to review the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6159 of 2021 dated 23.07.2024.

2.The Writ Petition was earlier filed by the petitioner, seeking to quash the order of the first respondent dated 18.09.1990, in which the petitioner's request to treat the charge against the petitioner's husband one deceased Krishnan to have deemed to be in service till the death of her husband on 28.10.1992 and further to pay all the consequential terminal benefits and pension to the petitioner. The petitioner is wife of the deceased Krishnan, who was a former employee of the respondent's office. The said Writ Petition is the second round of litigation. Earlier a Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.17026 of 2012 was filed by the petitioner for the same relief and the same was also dismissed on 28.06.2019, in view of no instruction from the petitioner. Later this Writ Petition was filed. 3.

However, the impugned order of removal from service with respect to the deceased employee Krishnan was as early as in the year 1990 and having slept over the same for more than 22 years, the petitioner had approached this Court only in the year 2012 at the first instance. Pursuant to the closure of the petitioner's application on 28.06.2019, the Writ Petition was filed by the writ petitioner even after a period of two years during 2021 and now this Court after considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the point of law in the aforesaid Writ Petition, had dismissed the same as there is no merits. Now Review Application has been filed, seeking to review the order dated 23.07.2024.

matter, I do not find any merit in the Review Application. Accordingly, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
