O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to complete the investigation in Crime No.48 of 2017, dated 08.12.2017 on the file of the first respondent police and file final report within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.48/2017, under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., against the petitioner, but, so far no final report has been filed and the investigation is still pending. At this stage, the petitioner is present before this Court.

3.Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation shall be completed within a week and the final report shall be submitted before the concerned Court at an earliest. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.48 of 2017 and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdiction Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
