Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to release the petitioner's seized vehicle namely, Tractor bearing Registration No. TN 84 B 7625 with trailer bearing Registration No. TN 47 F 3978 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2020.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle.

2.The learned Government Advocate states that there are three previous cases similar in nature against the petitioner. The vehicle is also said to be involved in the case of illegal transportation.

3.Therefore, I am not inclined to grant relief in this writ petition. This writ petition is dismissed. However, the respondents are directed to produce the vehicle before the jurisdictional Court without any delay. The petitioner may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
